Aura AI Notes Recorder ("the app") records voice notes, turns them into text and sends them where you choose. The app has no servers of its own: the developer does not receive, store or see your recordings, notes or account data.
What the app processes, and where it goes

Downloaded on-device models come from huggingface.co. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and does not track you.
Google user data
Connecting a Google account is optional. If you connect it (Settings → Connect Google Tasks), the app asks for these Google OAuth scopes:

Data accessed
- The titles and IDs of your Google Tasks lists, so you can pick the list that receives notes.
- Your account e-mail, name and profile-picture URL.
The app does not read the contents of your existing tasks, and does not access any other Google data (no Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or other Google services).
How the data is used
- The task lists are shown in Settings so you can choose a destination.
- When a note is processed, the app creates one new task in the chosen list: the note's title as the task title and the transcript as the task notes. This is the only write the app makes.
- The e-mail, name and picture are shown in Settings and the e-mail is used to keep sending to the same account when several Google accounts are on the phone.
The app uses this data only to provide these user-facing features at your request. It is not used for advertising, profiling, analytics or to train AI models.
Sharing, transfer and disclosure
The app has no servers of its own. Google user data goes only directly between your phone and Google's
APIs (tasks.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com). The developer does not receive it, and it is not
shared, sold, transferred or disclosed to any third party. The note text that is written to Google
Tasks is not sent to Gemini/OpenAI as Google user data: those services receive only the audio or text of
a note you chose to process with them (see above), never your task lists or account info.
Data protection
- All requests to Google use HTTPS (TLS).
- The OAuth access token is obtained and held by Google Play services (
AuthorizationClient); the app does not store a client secret or refresh token and does not send the token anywhere except to Google. - The e-mail, name and picture URL are stored only in the app's private storage on your phone, which other apps cannot read; API keys are additionally encrypted with Android Keystore.
- No developer or third-party server ever holds your Google data, so there is nothing to breach there.
Retention and revoking access
The e-mail, name, picture URL and the ID and title of the chosen task list are kept on your phone until you tap Settings → Disconnect, clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Disconnecting deletes them from the app. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tasks already created stay in your Google Tasks until you delete them there.
Limited Use
The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the features described above, is not transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or to comply with law, is not used for serving ads, is not read by humans, and is not used to develop or train generalized AI/ML models.
Third-party services you may choose
When you enable them, those services' own terms and privacy policies apply to the data you send: Google Gemini API and Google Tasks (https://policies.google.com/privacy), OpenAI (https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy), and the owner of any webhook URL you enter.
Storage, retention and deletion
Notes and recordings are stored in the app's private storage on your phone until you delete them. You can delete a note (and its audio) in the app, turn on automatic audio deletion after sending, and remove everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. To revoke Google Tasks access, use Settings → Disconnect in the app or https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tasks already created in Google Tasks stay in your Google account until you delete them there.
Android backup may copy your notes (not API keys, recordings or models) to your Google account backup if you have device backup turned on.

The app is not directed at children under 13.

Модели для работы на устройстве скачиваются с huggingface.co. В приложении нет рекламы, аналитики и SDK для отчётов о сбоях, приложение не отслеживает вас.
Данные Google

Какие данные используются
- Названия и идентификаторы ваших списков Google Tasks, чтобы вы выбрали список для заметок.
- E-mail, имя и ссылка на фото вашего аккаунта.
Приложение не читает содержимое ваших существующих задач и не обращается к другим данным Google (Gmail, Диск, Календарь, Контакты и другие сервисы).
Как они используются
- Списки задач показываются в настройках, чтобы вы выбрали, куда отправлять заметки.
- При обработке заметки приложение создаёт одну новую задачу в выбранном списке: заголовок заметки становится названием задачи, расшифровка — её описанием. Это единственная запись, которую делает приложение.
- E-mail, имя и фото показываются в настройках; e-mail нужен, чтобы отправлять в тот же аккаунт, если на телефоне их несколько.
Данные используются только для этих функций по вашему действию. Они не используются для рекламы, профилирования, аналитики или обучения моделей ИИ.
Передача и раскрытие
У приложения нет своих серверов. Данные Google передаются только напрямую между вашим телефоном и API
Google (tasks.googleapis.com, www.googleapis.com). Разработчик их не получает; они не передаются, не
продаются и не раскрываются третьим лицам. Gemini/OpenAI получают только аудио или текст заметки,
которую вы сами выбрали обрабатывать этими сервисами, но не ваши списки задач и не данные аккаунта.
Защита данных
- Все обращения к Google идут по HTTPS (TLS).
- Токен доступа OAuth получают и хранят сервисы Google Play (
AuthorizationClient); приложение не хранит client secret и refresh token и не отправляет токен никуда, кроме Google. - E-mail, имя и ссылка на фото хранятся только в закрытом хранилище приложения на телефоне, недоступном другим приложениям; API-ключи дополнительно шифруются через Android Keystore.
- На серверах разработчика или третьих лиц ваши данные Google не хранятся.
Хранение и отзыв доступа
E-mail, имя, ссылка на фото, а также идентификатор и название выбранного списка задач хранятся на телефоне, пока вы не нажмёте Настройки → Отключить, не очистите данные приложения или не удалите его. Отключение удаляет их из приложения. Отозвать доступ можно в любой момент на https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Уже созданные задачи остаются в Google Tasks, пока вы не удалите их там.
Limited Use
Использование и передача информации, полученной через API Google, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use. Данные Google используются только для описанных функций, не передаются другим лицам, кроме случаев, необходимых для этих функций или по закону, не используются для показа рекламы, не читаются людьми и не используются для разработки или обучения моделей ИИ общего назначения.
Сторонние сервисы по вашему выбору
Если вы их включаете, к отправленным данным применяются условия и политики этих сервисов: Google Gemini API и Google Tasks, OpenAI, а также владелец указанного вами webhook.
Хранение и удаление
Заметки и записи хранятся в закрытом хранилище приложения на телефоне, пока вы их не удалите. Заметку (вместе с аудио) можно удалить в приложении, можно включить автоудаление аудио после отправки, а всё сразу — очистив данные приложения или удалив его. Отозвать доступ к Google Tasks: Настройки → Отключить в приложении или https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Уже созданные задачи остаются в Google Tasks, пока вы не удалите их там.
Если на телефоне включено резервное копирование Android, заметки (но не API-ключи, записи и модели) могут попасть в резервную копию в вашем аккаунте Google.
